Junyi Ji
I-24 MOTIONer and Freeway Control Practitioner
Russell G.Hamilton Scholar
I am a PhD student at Vanderbilt University in Dr. Daniel Work's group. I am dedicated to the delvelopment and field control experiments for the I-24 MOTION project, a real-world testbed generating the world's largest traffic trajectory data. My research vision is to integrate computational methods and CPS technology with transportation to create a sustainable system aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). I am a strong advocate of open science and have initiated efforts in open traffic science.
